Venue: We are fortunate that our brand new Vancouver Island Conference Center is completed, and we have secured it as our venue. The Conference Training Center’s website is located at: http://www.viconference.com where you can find lots of information about the center, including a virtual tour. The latest B.C.A.B. newsletter is out with information regarding the conference and conference center.
Webpage: Our webpage, located at: http://www.nanaimocrimestoppers.com is continually updated, so please check in from time to time for the latest announcements. If you click on the Conference Button, then Nanaimo links, you can visit our city from the comfort of your own home by watching a video tour hosted by Tourism Nanaimo.

Presenters have been confirmed and will keep you engaged and informed on some of the new trends, technologies and techniques on the crime fighting front. Birthday Bash: This event is planned for Friday night to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Visit the Nanaimo museum on the floor of the V.I.C.C. directly below the conference center. Click here for details of the nights events.
Gala Banquet: This event is planned for Saturday night. A seperate web page will be developed to showcase the nights events and tentative menu. Important - if you suffer from food allergies, you must contact the Conference Center directly at least 7 days prior to the event. Speak to John Shepherd - Conference Services Manager - at 250 244 4059 or email him at jshepherd@viconference.com John further suggests that if you do have allergies, identify yourself to the Banquet/ Meal Captain at each meal.
Meals: V.I.C.C. has provided the tentative menu for the breafasts, lunches and Gala Banquet. Please click here to view same.
Dress Code: We suggest a dress code of “smart casual,” during the conference, and “semi-formal” for the Gala.
Silent Auction: Please remember to bring an item for the silent auction, as is tradition, and a way to help us make our conference a success.
