House on Rosstown Rd broken into

On Tuesday November 15th at 5 AM a home located in the 2300 block of Rosstown Rd was broken into .
Police responded to a report of a break and enter at approximately 5:08AM after a female caller told 911 operators she heard someone trying to open her bedroom door.The caller said she listened from her locked bedroom as the unknown person walked into the kitchen area and picked up what sounded like a jar of coins.

When police arrived minutes later ,the intruder was gone . Footprints  were found leading off the rear deck and away from the house. Found scattered throughout the yard were coins and also located was  a red flashlight.
