Shoplifter pulls knife then flees

A male shoplifter pulled a knife after being confronted and then fled the area.

The male shoplifter entered the Superette grocery store located at 687 Albert St Saturday September 10th at approximately 10:15AM.

The suspect then proceeded to pick up an energy drink then left the store without paying.A store employee confronted him outside and demanded he hand over the drink. Instead of complying ,the suspect pulled out a pair of scissors and threatened the clerk with them. He then jumped onto his black BMX and left  the area.

The suspect is described as being a First Nations male , early 30's wearing black clothing and carrying with him a black and white packsack.
