Update: Arrest made in Girvin St break and enter.

An arrest has been made in this break and enter and most of the property has been recovered.
A 27 year old male is in custody and most of the property taken from a residence on Girvin St has been located. His arrest stems from a daytime break and enter that occured on December 9th in the 400 block of Girvin St and previously reported on this web site.
A significant amount of electronic, photographic and jewellry items were taken in that incident.The male arrested by Nanaimo Crime Reduction members while at his residence on Rosehill St, is presently in custody and faces charges of Possession of Stolen Property.
