Senseless vandalism at golf course

Vandals caused over $40,000 dollars damage over the weekend to the  Cottonwood golf course and police need your assistance in finding those responsible.

Some time between the hours of Friday October 16th at 10:00pm and  Saturday October 17th at 7:00 am  vandals caused over $40,000 dollars damage to the Cottonwood golf course located in Cedar off of Highway #1.
Going undetected the vandals drove nine golf carts onto various greens. There they proceeded to smash them into each other and pull doughnuts causing extensive damage to the greens and the carts. One cart was recovered from a water hole and another had its power steering destroyed. Several benches,signs and golf ball cleaners were also destroyed. Golf course officias believe it will take several months for the damage to be repaired.
