Unsolved crime for November 2013

The following crimes remained unsolved and the Nanaimo RCMP need the public's assistance in solving

1. Nanaimo file # 2013-29445   Sometime overnight on Monday November 4th a construction trailer located at 1675 Crescent View Dr was broken into.  Entry was made by cutting a chain that secured the trailer. Taken was a pressure washer, first aid kit, numerous drills, saws and nail guns.

2. Nanaimo file # 2013-29417   On Monday November 4th at approximately 5 PM   a  First Nations female stole almost $1500 dollars of jerseys from Raquets Unlimited, located at 1611 Bowen Rd. The shirts are a mixture of Adidas and Nike of various colors and sizes. The female is approximately 5 ft 1 and was wearing a red top and blue jeans .

3.Nanaimo file # 2013-29405  Sometime overnight the weekend a home under construction in the 700 block of Capilano Rd had two windows smashed out. There were no suspects or witnesses.

4.Nanaimo file # 2013-29379  Sometime over night on Monday November 4th a break and enter was reported at KAN-DO Projects,located at 4446 Wellington Rd. Unknown persons cut a hole in the perimeter fence and once inside stole five buckets that contained  35 steel clamps.

5. Nanaimo file # 2013-29396 On Monday November 4th a bicycle was stolen from a home in the 1000 block of Mackenzie Rd. The bike was secured with a heavy duty lock and secured to another bike in the carport of the home. The bike is a Giant Trance with full suspension, serial #  GV209258

6. Nanaimo file# 2013-29459   Sometime overnight on Tuesday November 5th an unknown person entered a garage in the 400 block of Renfrew  and stole lose change and a pair of prescription glasses from a parked vehicle. The garage was not locked and entry was made by simply lifting up the door.

7. Nanaimo file # 2013-29448   Sometime overnight on Tuesday November 5th a break and enter occurred at FEDJE & Gunderson Cont Ltd located at 3653 Shenton RD. A pane of glass was removed from the front of the building and access was then gained. Taken was a Stihl chain saw that was sitting in an orange box. The saw is a MS170 30cc with serial # 296404222. 

8. Nanaimo file # 2013-29455   On Tuesday November 5th a green and black 5 speed Namura Jr bike was stolen from a back patio at 165 Wakesiah Ave. The bike was later recovered undamaged some distance away but it is unknown who is responsible for taking it .
