Unsolved crimes

The following crimes need your help in solving. Its the small ones that often go unreported by local media outlets that need the attention of the public to solve.
2013-26184 On Sunday September 29th at approximately 5 PM, an indecent act was committed at Collier Dam. A female was out walking her dog when she came upon an unidentified male who without warning, pulled down his pants and exposed himself to her. The male is described as Caucasian, approximately 35 years old and 6 ft tall. He was wearing a dark green or blue jacket and blue jeans with a black belt.
2013-26285 On Monday September 30th a 2001 KTM 2 motorcycle was stolen from a car port, located at 797 Howard Ave. The theft occurred between 10 PM the day before and 9 AM on September 30th. The bike has a distinctive black front rim and two round projection headlights stacked on top of each other. The left signal also has electrical tape on it.
2013-26318 On Tuesday October 1st a home located in the 3200 block of Country Club Drive was broken into. The incident occurred between 9:30 AM and 11:15 AM and taken was cash and some smaller items. It is unknown how the suspects entered the home.
2013-26811 On Saturday October 5th at approximately 5 PM, a male was seen on top of the Port Place Theater shooting at cars with a sling shot. The suspect is described as having blonde hair and wearing a puffy black jacket. 
2013-26791 On Sunday October 6th a shed located at 250 Newcastle Ave was broken into. Taken was solar equipment. There have been several thefts from this location however it is unknown who is responsible.
2013-26512 On Thursday October 3rd at approximately 1 PM a male walked into Long & Mcquaid located at 620 Comox Rd and made off with a Banjo. The suspect is a white male, 6 ft ,220 pounds  and in his mid 20's. He was wearing a checkered jacket black shoes and has stretched ear lobes. 
2013-26603 On Friday October 4th between 1:20 PM and 1:45 PM a cell phone was stolen from a construction site at Coal Tyee elementary school. The phone is a Samsung Galaxy S3 and was in a black Otter box. The phone was located next to a laptop but it was not taken.
2013-26388 On Wednesday October 2nd a theft was reported at Robinson Rentals, located at 222 Southside Drive. A hole was cut in the perimeter fence and a live 220 volt wire was cut causing a power outage.  Unknown persons then entered an abandoned trailer on the property and took wire off the wall and a wire from a Prices alarm panel.
